Packaging Machine Operation Process:

  1. Manual Bag Placement: Operator places bags into the bag holder.

  2. Station 1 – Bag Feeding: First station picks up the bag automatically.

  3. Station 2 – Coding & Zipper Opening:

    • Ribbon printing/coding (optional: inkjet/laser coding available at additional cost).

    • Servo-controlled zipper opening mechanism.

  4. Station 3 – Bag Opening:

    • Top & bottom bag opening device.

    • Sensor detects if the bag is properly opened and signals the electronic scale to discharge material.

  5. Station 4 – Filling:

    • Material is filled into the bag.

    • Bottom vibration ensures even settling of the product.

  6. Station 5 – Fill Check:

    • Sensor verifies if filling is complete and signals whether to proceed with sealing.

  7. Station 6 – Gas Exhaust:

    • Sponge compression reduces air inside the bag.

  8. Station 7 – First Sealing: Initial sealing for bag closure.

  9. Station 8 – Second Sealing: Reinforced sealing for added durability.

Packaging Machine Requirements:

4.1 Power Supply:

  • The buyer’s factory must provide a three-phase 380V power supply.

  • The main power cable connected to the host machine must be a 4mm² three-phase four-wire cable.

4.2 Grounding:

  • The equipment requires a proper grounding connection for safety.

4.3 Air Supply (Compressed Air System):

  • Air compressor: 7.5KW (recommended: variable-frequency direct-drive screw type).

  • Air storage tank: 1 cubic meter.

  • Air dryer: 1 unit (capable of supporting 3 machines running simultaneously under normal conditions).

4.4 Air Pressure & Connection:
